What we look for, and how we work
We are a RICS-regulated chartered building surveying and consultancy practice working across building surveying, fire safety and facade, party wall matters, dilapidations, technical due diligence, Building Safety Act support and project advisory. We value the ability to turn an inspection into advice a client can act on.
Relevant experience across residential, commercial, mixed-use and public-sector property in London is valued, as is familiarity with current regulatory change — the Building Safety Act, EWS1 and PAS 9980, the Fire Safety Order, the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 and dilapidations practice.
APC and professional development
We support structured professional development, including candidates progressing through the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence. Working across a broad instruction base — surveys, fire safety, party wall, dilapidations and project work — gives developing surveyors exposure to the range of competencies the APC requires.
