All quoted fees are exclusive of VAT (plus VAT), with RICS home surveys starting from £600 plus VAT, Party Wall notices from £195 plus VAT, Licence to Alter reviews from £950 plus VAT, Dilapidations schedules from £1,250 plus VAT and Section 20 / JCT Contract Administration from £1,500–£1,950 plus VAT.

When instructed on statutory or impartial roles—such as JCT Contract Administration on an externally tendered project, Party Wall matters, Section 20 consultation or CPR Part 35 Expert Witness reports—Hampstead Chartered Surveyors acts strictly independently and never tenders in-house contracting.
