A genuine account of your experience is the most useful
We ask every client, at the end of an instruction, whether they would be willing to leave a review. There is never any incentive, discount or condition attached - a review should simply be an honest account of the work and how it was handled. If it is useful to mention the specific service (a building survey, party wall matter, EWS1 or fire-safety advice, dilapidations, a project), that context helps other readers judge whether we are the right fit for them.
